We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming Junior students ballet this year will be, Adventures in Wonderland — a magical reimagining inspired by the beloved Alice in Wonderland tale.
Expect to see familiar faces like the mischievous Cheshire Cats, the ever-eccentric Mad Hatter, and the commanding Queen of Hearts. This enchanting ballet will feature a mix of classical, tap, jazz styles, showcasing the talents of our dancers in scenes full of colour, wonder, and unexpected turns. A ballet for dreamers of all ages — where curiosity leads the way and anything is possible.
Our Tiny Tots, Creative Movement, and Beginner’s Ballet dancers will be involved in each performance of Adventures in Wonderland and Miss Wendy will explain more details soon.
Over the years, the children have thoroughly enjoyed participating in these shows, and we’ve seen a remarkable boost in their confidence and understanding when learning new steps afterward.
After interval we roll out the red carpet as our Senior Students take you on a dazzling journey through Hollywood glamour and blockbuster brilliance!
Introducing Lights, Music, Dance! — a high-energy tribute to the magic of the movies, where the worlds of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, and Hip Hop collide with iconic film soundtracks from across the decades.
From dramatic scores to pop anthems, and golden age classics to modern hits — this performance is bursting with cinematic sparkle, sequins, glitz, and glamour.
We absolutely love bringing these shows to life and can't wait for everyone to join in the excitement and be part of the Ashgrove Dance Studio show experience.
